I'm working on the visual layout and design issues that people have been complaining about. My goals are to reduce the overall feeling of clutter that the current site has over the old site, and to make things a bit more similar to the way they were. Here are three screen captures, the "before" (old FAQ site), "current" (what we have now), and my proposal for a cleaned up version. Thoughts? Suggestions? Especially for those folks who have issues with the look now, is this a step in the right direction?
my oponion....fix the things that are broken, if anything is and take a wait & see approach to changing things.....
i doubt we're all ever gonna be happy, that's life....many, me included, weren't especially fond of the old board's style but that's the way things were, and i felt it was my responsibility to adapt...
same with the new board, many don't and won't ever care for it but i'm sure, after the dust settles, the pissing & moaning will subside
