Roller Hoop restoration 72 Inka

Purchased a running driving “restored” 1972 2002.  Definition of restored must mean bondo and paint over rust.  I should have been more discerning but after a 6 month search all I found was the $4,000 to $6,000 basket cases or the $25k and up, what I would consider decent cars.  I also found some over 20k that should have been in the first category.  This is 72 Inka’s restoration blog.
