About this blog

While this car was in decent "driver condition" both mechanically and cosmetically, it had only been driven 900 miles in the past 12 years and had sat under a car port in the Northeast during that time. Upon close inspection it had numerous bumps and bruises, some rust issues, and it's drivability was marginal at best. It was hard to start, idled poorly, had brake issues, and many interior controls didn't work, e.g., fan, brake lights, hazards, turn signals, etc. I elected to buy it and restore it to it's former glory, as it was a tii with very good bones; had nice wheels; was a great color; was pretty much bone stock; and the interior was in very good condition.
