About this blog

When I bought my 1600 back in 1985, it was cosmetically a mess but mechanically sound.  I had the body rebuilt twice,  added e21 Recaros, and much later (just last year) an esty carpet kit.  But the headliner, which has looked terrible since I bought it, has remained untouched.  But now, I am going to make the effort to replace it this summer!  I will try to post daily pictures and updates as I go!  This is what it looks like now, and pretty much has since i bought it.  Wish me luck (I'm going to need it!)
