Wow, those are really spectacular. I like the houndstooth material, reminds me of Robert Redford in Downhill Racer driving that 911S. Where did you find the material? Nice!

just get salt n' pepper carpet. i don't think you would want thin houndstooth fabric on the floor. at least i wouldn't. didn't some sport paket for the tourings come with houndstooth seat inlays?

The fabric is the same used in the Corvette and Camaros ...Used for carpet on the floor...seems thick enough.
