WANT TO BUY 2002 Roundie for daily driver

I am looking for a 73 or earlier 2002 or Tii (round tail light car),

4 or 5 speed, with good mechanicals, straight body, and minimal rust.

Not a project car.

No salvaged titles or wrecked cars.

Ideally would like to find a car with some mechanical refreshment.

Improved suspension, brakes, motor etc.

>Poor, faded paint is ok, but would prefer original paint even if in bad shape.

>Do not want a car with color changes or poor, budget repaints.

Would like an honest car with trim and bumpers intact.

I am budgeting $3K-$5K,

but would spend up to $7,000 for the right car.

I am in Seattle.

You say Roundie or tii driver. Does the tii have to be a roundie? i have a 74 tii.
