WTB: Straight roundie - not a project car

Looking for a straight roundie (pre-73) 1600 or 2002 in original or historically-acurate-ish restored condition. I'm not looking for a customized car and I'm not looking for a project car. I want one that looks and feels more or less like a gently used car (if possible!).

A few things I'm not looking for:

1) Non original-color paint

2) Rust

3) A customized car. I love lowered and flared cars with wild paint jobs, but I want a stock '02.

A few things I am hoping to find:

1) A solid runner

2) A car that needs minimal work (I'm getting tired of projects!)

3) A straight body (not rusty, straight panels, etc)

Once I've found my "dream" '02 (and I'm willing to wait...), I will put my '71 1600 with a 2.2 Metric Mechanic 155 hp motor up for sale. It's not rusty, but it's not the world's straightest/unbastardized car. I want something that just feels like a used BMW this time...
