I recommend you use the 5-speed from the E30. The only disadvantage is the speedo. (Use a GPS speedo)

E21 323i trannies are hard to find, they are expensive and most of them are worn out and need to be rebuilt.

Found one. Thanks everybody. I didn't want to do the 265 because of the speedo issue as well as the transmission tunnel. I'm putting it in a manual car and there just isn't room.

Engine and tranny should go in this week!
