I am debating selling my 2002 just because I don't really get to drive it as much as she deserves. I had plans and started doing some finishing touches to her but just dont have the time at the moment.

Heres a list of all the modifications.

Kazera KZ-U wheels and NEW BFG Sport tires. [less than 1000miles on them]

Early 5-series four-piston front brake calipers.

Tii front spindles, control arms, and vented rotors.

Bilstein Sport inserts and shocks.

Eibach springs.

ST swaybars.

Braided brake lines.

320i 5-speed gearbox.

320i LSD.

Ireland adapters for the CVs.

320i radiator and fan.

Hybrid 318/320/2002 cooling system.

Crane electronic ignition

Weber 38DGAS. (old carb included) - [less than 1000miles on it]

Canon intake manifold. (old intake incuded) - [less than 1000miles on it]

plugs, wires, cap, rotor, filters, etc... [less than 1000miles them]

Valve adjustment.

NEW strut caps still in packaging

Momo steering wheel.

Dealer-installed AC.

It has a stereo with a 6-cd changer, input for an ipod with an amp and sub in the back..... This was here when I got it and easily taken out if you dont want/need it. I had plans to take it out eventually but it does look clean/sound nice.

I also have the trim which the last owner took off, both the original bumper and an early front bumper and brackets from a Roundie if you want to lose the big bumper.

Now the big question: the body. There is a 1" spot showing at the base of the rear window, and a strip on the front cowl below the bumper (but this will be completely covered/cut off anyway if you use an airdam). The only real rust issue is in the front fenders...but I will include brand new pair of oem nos bmw front fenders.
