Even though I read through it at least briefly every day, I hadn't been logged in to the FAQ for quite some time. But after reading this awesome post, I requested a new password because I had to comment. I'll just add to what the others have already said, I think you've really struck at the root of why these cars and this community just keep going.

I've owned 2002s for the last 10 years (often times I can't stay interested in a car for six months), and my enthusiasm is as strong for them today as it ever has been.
