Looking for anyone connected to the BMW mobile traditions group in Germany that can help supply the following info:

Need any information on the early production run of the 74 tii (cars # 1 - 25), in Sept or October 1973 from the factory records. Hope to find some pictures/notes from the production line or from someone that managed or worked in the production process. Also looking for information on how the 1974 2002s, specifically tiis, that were delivered directly from the line into the "factory motor pool" were used. Were these cars used by the Marketing group or further tested by the engineers?

The current 2002 registery site provides the basic production data, color, date, and export info using the vin #.

Wasn't there some sort of labor dispute that caused BMW to have problems with original 1974 motors? I don't know if tii's were in the same pool.
