1969 BMW 2500 project car for sale in Santa Cruz, CA

Hi folks. A friend of mine needs to sell his 2500 project car. It runs and drives and he has replaced at least:

- the front brakes (using E9/E12 vented rotors and new calipers)

- the rear brakes (all new rotors and calipers)

- both control arms

It's a 1969, the first Bavaria essentially and it has a ZF 4-speed gearbox, and nearly new engine with Weber carburetors. It's Nevada on Tobacco and has fog lamps. It has nearly new decent tires and nice hubcaps. It has AC (no idea if working) and no sunroof.

The car needs work: it's an ex-AZ car (so the interior is fried and some seals look not too great) and there are electrical issues. It has Oregon plates right now and to register it here it needs to pass brake+lamp inspection (brakes are brand new but the lights need work). There are some other problems too.
