With all the micro car stuff on here, thought I'd post these. Found this when getting some E28 parts - something this small doesn't seem practical in today's traffic. I wonder if they're fun to drive? What you can't see is the Flintstone's floorpan.

In Oklahoma, at a pick-a-part place. I don't think they sell complete cars.

My first car in `68 was a 1960 600D, paid $100 to an elderly couple that couldn't drive anymore. High school buddies would pick it up and place it over the parking lot dividers, top speed about 60/65. The red one is a 500.

Friday night, I found out it was "half price day" on Saturday - just by chance. I've never seen so many people at the pull-a-part - by the time I left, there weren't any parking spots left, had to be 200 cars there.

I went there to grab a set of "big brakes" from a '94 740Il for my e28. From now on, I will bring a tire wrench with me - I broke two 17mm 1/2 drive sockets on lug bolts that were either over torqued or had never seen grease in 20 years.

I was going to ask about buying the whole car, even though I don't think they'd sell it, but it was already too late.
