1976 BMW 2002 with sunroof

With uneasy heart I decided to drop my M2/2002 project. Realistically speaking,

my family and professional obligations preclude finishing it in a reasonable time span.

Under these circumstances I've decided to sell the car.

Here are the car data and its condition.

Fjord Blue with Tan interior. The sunroof is working.

1976 model - the last year of 2002 production.

You can't get a newer one. VIN 2370966.

Great project car. Practically no major rust. Great shell.

Odometer shows 23,465 miles. Exact millage unknown.

The car was last registered and driven in 1994. Sticker 94/12.

Next it was stored under the roof for more then 10 years.

Since then it changed a few owners.

Engine partially disassembled. Top end of engine and pistons are in the trunk.

Comes with the head, intake manifold, distributor, piano top, pistons, oil pan, oil pump,

trim and everything else in the trunk as seen in the photo. Needs a battery.

Tires hold air pretty well. It used to have AC - condition unknown. No title, but here's

Great for parts, or drop an engine in it and cruise around with the sunroof open.

Sold as the whole. No parting.
