B3, my new place of employment

I started working at B3 about a month and a few odd days ago. Loving it. It is my first real kitchen job and I am kicking ass and taking names! I am working the fry station, and brunch on the weekends.

If any of you guys live in or are driving threw San Francisco, you should come threw for some wine, beer, and bites.

We make everything in house, and use farm fresh organic and local products.

Here are some pictures of the food I have been cooking at B3.

Fish and chips with hand cut fries, and house made tartar sauce.

Crispy duck confit with English pee risoto.

Lamb rack with roasted garlic and blue cheese polenta.

Everything on the menu sounds de-lish. My wife and I will be visiting Sausalito in a couple weeks, we'll try to stop in. Maybe you'll have invented an '02 burger by then!
