full engine

so my 74 took a dump on me this weekend and it looks like its gonna need a valve job and i broke a rocker arm and probably some other stuff as well. im looking for a rebuilt m10 or something i can put in for relatively cheap. i dont wanna do crazy fabrication work or making new wiring harnesses as that will start to drive the price way past what i can spend. any ideas or any engines i can get??? im in a huge huge hurry as this is my only car. :/
