this was a free 320is airdam cut down on the sides. Stock, it was way too wide for the 02, but the angle and the mounting (lugs?) matched the 02 perfectly...

At the Vintage at LRP and The Glen I've seen the, I think it was a factory car, with the small black metal lip. CD, you must have a shot of that. It looks great,to me and is very neat and clean. The turbo spoiler is great looking...but a dragger. When SCR did the Turbo I had Matt do two spoilers, just because I expected to need them. Kinda one for show and one for go.

That is a really nice one. Is it made of fiberglass or steel?

I think the original post answered most of you questions about construction. Currently the splitter is about 3" from the ground and does not scrape during races. I did have extend my trailer ramps 4 feet to get the car in without scraping.

ibjettin (Brian) try to make one work a while back with no luck. Maybe he'll chime in. I like the look too and the duckbill is cheap.

seems like it would have to be from scratch, not using any existing product to cut or add to.

still, if it could be done, i'd buy one. even without an 02 yet!
