74-76 bumpers, & short blocks, what value ?

I am trying to sell off some excess parts on craigslist locally, & someone wants a 74-76 front bumper just for the rubber strip. I have one, but was thinking I could sell it for scrap at metal recycler & pull the rubber strip off to sell. What's a fair price for a clean, good condition rubber strip on later bumpers ? it is NLA part..

On short blocks, if I know the history & it was a running, maintained, but higher mileage needing at least rings or rebuild, before I pulled it, is $ 100 a fair price ?

I'm talking oil pan & up, incl front timing cover, chain, sprocket, except no alt, intake, starter, etc, or head.

I did that very thing with my bumpers last spring, and made more on the scrap than I did selling the rubber strip. Not a big market for either.

Scrap steel is 160 a ton right now just as an FYI. I think the bumpers are aluminium though....

Scrap aluminum where I am is 1200$/ton (0.60/lb). I've tossed a few volvo 240 bumpers and get 8-10$ per bumper, they're larger though.
