FS/FA: 1972 BMW 2002, 5 speed, dual DCOE 40s - VA

It's currently listed on Ebay. Reserve is $2800, almost there!!! Car is located in Fairfax Station, VA.

I've had this car over 3 years and haven't done much with it. I need the garage space so it's got to go. Sucks. Anyway, here's some of the particulars:

72 2002

E12 head

Dual Weber 40DCOE carbs with Korman manifold, TEP linkage

Major brake system overhaul- rebuilt ATE master cylinder, rebuilt ATE 4-piston calipers and rear cylinders, new rotors, new steel braided lines, new pads, late model booster installed (used but in good condition from 2002AD)

5-speed conversion (kit from Aardvarc Racing- great tranny and well balanced drive shaft), new master and slave cylinders, new 228mm Sachs clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, machined flywheel etc.

New tii centrifugal style distributor, plugs and wires

New pertronix electronic ignition

New Bosch coil

New water pump, hoses, and thermostat

New heater box fan

New Boge shocks, front and rear
