Does anybody know another source for this other than the tiiregister site? the site gives me a 404 not found error when I click on the link for both the video and the pdf manual.

I believe the format for Europe is PAL. It doesn't want to play at all on a US machine. I have made stuff in PAL to go to Europe, but not the other way.

Hmm that sucks, I would love to see that video. The only thing I know is they are still doing things this way as I was unable to play US dvd's when on euro computers when I was in Italy last semester, a real PIA.

Could try a contacting a DVD authoring house, they should have the equipment. Drawback is the cost for digitizing and compression.
