I just checked these out and they have a couple of dings on lips and are chrome, not he best of shape, appropriate for the price.

These are probably from a Opel GT since they have the center caps (these usually had trim rings too) Not a bad value if they are usable without straightening -- they have clips riveted to them to hold the caps, BTW.
