Thinning my herd

Gordon

Recommended Posts

I sold my 81 Euro spec 528i yesterday to a fellow BMW enthusiast I work with. http://www.firstfives.org/carmonth/may2009.html

Since I'm deploying back to the sandbox in a couple of weeks for six months, I reluctantly had to thin the herd, I can only store so many cars. At least the new owner agreed that I get first dibs on buying the car if he ever decides to sell it. Euro E12's look so good without diving board bumpers. At the beginning of last year, I had three Euro spec BMW's, a 85 E28 525e, the E12 and the E3, I'm left now with my E3.

My 74 tii will be at Rob's shop in SLO where we'll be doing some work on it while I'm away.

Heya, Gordon, I enjoyed meeting you that day at Rob's shop. I think you might have had that 528 there. I echo another poster's sentiment in thanking you for your service.
