The only thing that scares me about that car is the driver's door. The pax door isn't much better. It would have to be seen in person to evaluate it's worth. 4K? Hmm... Rust free? Cool color? Early e21? When was the last time you saw one? If I was in the market for one I'd do 3K without thinking too much about it.
