The buyer just dropped out claiming a family emergency, so the car is on the market again. I have a queue of people who've expressed interest in the car, but please feel free to PM or email.

Had yet another CA buyer flake out on me, so the car is up for sale again. Let me know if you're interested. And I hate to say it, but I will require an up front refundable deposit from any prospective CA buyers before I commit to sale.

Thanks a bunch. I got burnt by a couple out of state buyers (which caused me to lose a local sale), including one guy who promised to pay for an inspection and then flaked on me after I'd dropped the car off with the shop but before the inspection was done. So I have an inspection report in hand, though I unfortunately had to pay for it.

For anybody concerned that it's gone through sale pending twice, it has nothing to do with the condition of the car. Both buyers backed out before they even saw it.
