By the looks of the car in the ad, I would say yes that it's a E21 S car but then again, who know if a previous owner swapped out the LSD with an open diff. The only way to tell is jack up the rear end and spin the tires by hand and see which way the opposite rear wheel turns.

Price is high for a car with a bad motor, agree that any prospective buyer needs make some low offers to the seller.
