Jack Fahuna, of Pro Bimmer, out on the West coast(Van Nuys) probably has what you want in a box on the shelf. He and "CDiesel" long ago found out that your local friendly M-B dealer is a good source of 'em too, both left and right thread).

If you're proficient in using the "Search" feature, you can probably find "CDs" posting even giving the M-B p/n's.
