Much better Pete- Looks great!

Yes- Time for Bilstiens and springs and all new rubber bushings.

You will not believe what a difference it will make.

We need to go for a drive. Are you thinking about the Palo Alto Concours.

A bunch of us are going. Hope you can make it

A little off topic but a newb question here. When going to Bilstiens/springs/and new rubber bushings, what kind of ride do you get? Is it a good compromise between better handling than stock and decent ride or is it bone jarring? Reason I'm asking is because my local roads pretty much suck. Nice wheels BTW

Those Cosmics look great Pete (so does the car BTW)!

A few years ago I refurbished a set of 10" x 5.5" Cosmics and put them on a 1973 Innocenti Mini Cooper.

I recently bought a 6" wide set set from another board member for my 02 - just haven't gotten the time to refurbish them as of yet.

As far as the stance is concerned....I think you are nearly spot on. If anything, maybe drop the front a scoch--you don't want to end up with a saggy butt. - What are you currently using?

Come On Phil - ! You're killing me!

I recently found a pair of stray 5.5" from one of our famous FAQ brethren and now I have a full set of 5 to refinish. I'm not sure how I'm going to go about refinishing them, but the "Jack, mount, start, fist gear, scuff" method sounds more and more appealing every day.

Ahhh, Cosmics. Long live the 13" tire.

I know Ben - the garage needed space this last weekend so I actually put the Cosmics up in the attic (short term I hope).

Don't give in - I'd guess you'd probably be able can get four of them bead blasted for $100.00 and then it's just the lovely masking for the blacked out areas.

Pete, saw your email, didn't talk it over with Sean yet, should today. Congrats on the Cosmics! They really do look killer!

Ben, didn't have time to get your wheels out yet... Today or tomorrow. :)

Here's Ben's new pair to complete his set. :)

Wish I could have finished the set myself, but I kinda like my Borranis for my car better. :)
