Depends on rust, but considering the amount of performance parts it seems like a good deal. It'll may need an motor rebuild soon so consider the cost of that. Someone noted that this car has been owned by FAQ members so I'd ask some questions of them.

Guys I bought it, my son lives in Arkansas and found it. not a bad car but needs engine rebuilt. we drove it to dallas with no problen.

You bet. the 2 owners after me both did mucho work to her. I bought it from someone in Kansas. That is what it looked like when it showed up. The thing on the hood was the spoiler. I think Brad talked me out of it after I had it a couple of months. I don't think I even drove it. I do miss those wheels, though. They were on my E21.
