The owner probably parked his car on NYC streets. It's amazing the way cars in the city are treated. That's where I noticed that many use the "braille" method when parking. Small cars really get smashed when parked on the streets of NYC. I always parked in a garage and tipped before my car was put away and asked to have the car on the farthest floor... away from other vehicles.
