WTB: Stock seat mount rails and latch rails

My 02 came with E30 seats which are nice. I'd like to have the original floor seat mounts and the adjustment levers/assembly in case I ever want to go back to stock seats. I realize this would need to be cut out of a donor chassis and welded into mine. If you have access to these let me know cost. Thanks.

If the above doesn't work out - I'm parting a '78 320i which used the later-style '02 seats. I'm pretty sure the seat tracks are the same as a late-model '02's - don't know how much of the floor-mounted mechanism would fit an '02???
