I need to make a set for a guy I know, (wink), he has the "400" type. I was wondering if anyone has made a set of adaptors that use the stock sliders..? He, (wink), has the Scheel sliders, but they make the seats sit too high, maybe.

He, (wink), had a set of folded steel adaptors, but they were sold a while back with another set of seats..

Any info, or measurements from your adaptors would be great.

2002 newbie, and dead serious about it.

I mounted Scheel Model 400's to the stock sliders by drilling extra holes to match the Scheel pattern into the custom Recaro Brackets that Dave Varco (Aardvark) sells. They sit at the correct height for me.

If you know someone who wants to sell their set of Scheel sliders, I could use them for a set of Scheels installed into a 3.0 csi. Thanks,
