No that's the waterpump.

It has a mechanical timing chain tensioner.

Don't feel bad about it...good things take time! Mine has been apart that long. We drove my car back from 02-02-02 in Spartanburg and immediately stripped it down. I just got it back down on the ground this week - mushy brake pedal so still can't drive it
