Bittersweet Bye Byes for Baby Blue

so I bought the blue '76, CA sunroof car when my son was approaching 15, hoping he would like it.

I wanted it to take him through HS and he would learn.

It did..and I did...thanks to FAQers.

Now it goes off to Williamsburg with him, at age 19.

I was successful. He loves the car and intends to keep it.

I guess now I have to look for another car 'for my other son' who turns 16 next month.

I'll see 'Blue' at breaks and holidays.

I am reminded of the Dylan song: "It's All Over Now Baby Blue." But, it's not all over, is it? Your elder son & his '02 will be happy & you can still see them. Now, repeat the '02 cycle with your younger son. The circle of life.....

It's hard to let them go! (They kids, too, I suppose)

I'm sure that we can find one around here for your other son (or you)! Having gone through one now, you'll be amazed at how much comes naturally with the next one.
