taking off the window handles

Hey does anyone have any pointers on how to get the window handle off. I've got everything off the door panels, looking for a screw or something to loosen off the shaft.

Thanks,

Charlie

There's a small hole in the back of the round handle; tricky to find at best.

Use an allen key (for example) or bent rod; insert through the hole and pop the front insert out to reveal the screw.

Use this method with an allen key. Otherwise you bugger up the black disc and rim of the handle..

If you have a small mirror you can find that hole by holding the mirror between the door panel and the back of the handle and rotate the round handle. I assume you are talking about the vent window.

Once you find the hole, use the allen key method mentioned.

at the outer portion of the knob (outside of the center cover disc) there is a ring/circle molded into the knob, denoting where the hole in the back is located. This ring is often worn smooth over time. Sorry for the poor pic quality!
