FREE to a good home: Early steel wheel w/ tire

This is an early steelie and shows a 5/69 date stamp and the 4 1/2 x 13 stamp. There is also a logo stamp I can't make out. If you know what it means, let me know 'cause I'm curious.

The tire has good tread and holds air, but is old enough that I would not use it as a driver. A good use for this wheel is to carry it around indefinitely in a spare tire well which is where it spent the last 13+ years in my car.

Not planning to ship this. I can meet within a reasonable distance of the Tysons Corner area in Northern Virginia.
