I'm not sure why I haven't posted these yet. I am extremely proud to have helped out on this team and wish I had done more. So much so, I'm considering taking a single credit just so I can be a "student" again and work on the car.

We were very successful this year, winning 3 of the 5 competitions we entered with our combustion car and finishing on the podium with our electric car in it's debut against seasoned e-car teams. Our only 13th/15th place finishes were due to a stupid failure which has been corrected for next year, both of those competitions we were over 50pts(of 1000) ahead and had we finished endurance would have won by 75-100.

Here's our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TeamGFR

and our actual website: http://www.global-formula-racing.com/en/home

Some pics, unfortunately our full aero was a long time in development and weights twice what it should (undertray, front, & rear wing = 55lbs).

And for the real goodies, pics.

Good, they need people to actually show up. Last year 90% of the car was built by two or three guys. Just show up often and you'll have a blast. They work a much more reasonable schedule, the only people working until 4 or 5am are the formula guys. Baja gets to bed by midnight or 1am.
