I'm not positive, but I think my Personal wheel would fit your Momo hub adapter & horn button??? The horn button opening on my wheel is 60 mm. - 2 3/8" in diameter; the mounting bolt holes are 73 mm. - 2 7/8" centre-to-centre.

You might check with Crowder's in SC (Momo & Nardi/Personal dealer) to see if the wheels are interchangeable:

The only indentifying mark I can find on my wheel (besides Personal & Made In Italy) is 2-82 stamped on the back of one of the metal spokes (time of manufacture???).
