$200 max. Maybe $250 if you picked them up. I paid $200 for these, then had them recovered in black with red "Recaro" stitching . If you have a big arse you will tear up the side bolsters crawling in and out. Notice the lack of seat bottom seat bolsters on the ones I bought. Thats why I jumped on them. They are the "Specialist" model. You have to watch out for torn foam on the bolsters. That can get pricey to replace as also is the webbing on the bottom of the seat

Dave Varco sells the webbing kit at a really good price with great instructions. It was the first job my son tackled with his new to him 320is. Very satisfying to clip the hog rings, slip in the new straps, crimp on some new hog rings and then enjoy the new life in the seat bottoms. BTW- hog ring pliers will set you back all of $13. Dave also includes the hog rings in the kit.

From the pictures do you think I'd have to replace anything other than the upholstery?

foam looks good. Seat rail adapters for sure. I made my own that bolted on to the stock 02 sliders out of steel flat bar .

I am the CL seller. Seats alone are worth about $350 in my opinion. I understand that E30 stuff has no value to you guys, but it does have great value for those who will install them into an E30. I am open to offers, but not in $200 range.
