If you're having trouble finding a 320is horn pad, the horn pads from 80's BMW 3 and 5 series cars will fit as well. They fit nicely but don't pop out like the 320is horn pad. I have one on my 320is wheel and I like it much better than the original horn pad, which was missing.

in excellent used condition. I also have several of the early E21 sport wheel horn buttons in excellent used condition. Located in Vacaville,CA.
