WTB: bolt that holds hinge down to fender (Maximillain pics)

I am looking for the Hex bolt (#2 in Maximilian catalog) which mounts the scissor like hinge set that holds hood to the fender.

I would like to purchase this bolt to mount the hood back onto my car.

I would like to pick up locally in the Bay Area, around San Jose is preferred.
