Yes and No, depends on everything you want to change.

If you have a 68 02, it would be easiest to just weld on the sway bar tabs, if that is the reason for your desire to interchange the trailing arms.

You could also look for a 1969 longneck style rear subframe and either use the entire subframe or the just the trailing arms. You would still be able to retain your long neck diff and your current driveshaft.

Or you can find the 1968 long neck style 2002 rear subframe and swap out the entire unit. The added benefit of the 68 2002 subframe is that the 2002 has the larger rear drums. So you can also get better braking along with the sway bar tabs. Your third choice has been suggested here by others, but it is the least desirable since you would have to use the more common short neck 2002 rear subframe, but you would have to change the diff to a shortneck version (4.10 or 4.11 short neck diffs are found on the 70-72 1602's), the transmission flange, possibly even the transmission bceause the 2002 drive shaft mates to the tranny with te 8 hole guibo. The shift fork to shift linkage mating location is different with the 8 hole guibo cars to clear the larger 8 hole guibo. The shift forks on the trannies with 8 hole guibos are longer.
