Has anyone had a look at this car?

Spoke to the seller and he has sent me more photos. There is rust in the spare well with some rust thru but mostly solid. Is that hard to fix?

I've asked for close up of the bottom of the left rear fender which looks a bit rusty.

Seller pointed out there is some rust bubbling up in the front left fender.

Looking for my first '02 and am a bit concerned about buying without actually seeing it. (I'm down in CA).

Hoping someone here has had a look.
