Shooting tragedy at my company (different office)

Man, what a crappy day. I work for the largest utility in So Cal and one of the employees at a different facility decided to go on a shooting rampage today. I called one of my friends who works there and he said that the guy targeted his supervisors. I know some people in my facility who worked with the guy and said he was very professional, mild mannered, etc. Of course, they are all stunned. I learned from one manager that his supervisor recently gave up his work to another employee. Not confirmed 100%, but that was the only motivation I heard so far for why he went on this shooting rampage.
