I seem to remember, my email address went into their trash bin, so I used my work email and that worked. Probably as I worked for a German company!!

One member -- I think he had a yahoo address -- simply could NOT get through and I requested the data on his behalf with my antique aol address, which worked.  So try sending from a different email address.

I received a response. Sending the email from my gmail account instead of my aol account did the trick. They gave me pro date, del date, and paint code. Thanks.
