Tii Accelerator Linkage removal

I've ordered new bushings and also plan to order new ball joint ends. How do I pop off the ball joint to disassemble the linkage?

I put a big flat scwewdriver, 1/2" at least in between the linkage and the ball end and give it an easy twist.

Then the ball joint should just screw off of the linkage.

This ad claims that the ball cup bushing is used in 6 locations on the linkage. The parts diag at Max only shows one -- on the vertical linkage rod. Where else are these used? I want to make sure I order the right quantity. Does each ball joint have a bushing as well?

I only know of one location and that location is critical. It is in the cup on the kugelfischer where the intermediate (vertical) shaft fits into it.
