Am finalizing the cars - still haven't decided which one to take. Noticed small cracks in the red car's CV boots and so rebuilt and should reinstall this evening..

Hope everyone has a great time. Remember to bring some zip ties, duct tape and extra beer or bean cans just in case you have to make all those exhaust repairs.

And watch out for Armadillos.

Took the tomato camping on Saturday night in Wimberly. All said and done put about 150 miles on it in order to vet any issues I may have before the trip this weekend.

I found a disintegrated bottom alternator bushing, high idle and an annoying rattle when over 5K rpm. Should be all fixed by Thursday. I'll try to drive it more to see what else I can shake out of it...

Looking forward to it!

Mike, those older guys with you are going to kill me but here goes anyway.

Don't forget Rob and some of the others might have kidney problems and

need to stop along the way more often than you. Drive safely and we will

see you Friday afternoon.

Randy - don't worry. Mr. Pugh doesn't push-on-thru like most folks. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2010 Spring trip.

Trip meter still going

THANK YOU BARB AND BO!

Fantastic event and well worth the miles. Best part was Friday to me - hanging at Skips for an hour, then getting to Eureka Springs, opening a cold beer and just hanging out with new and existing 2002 friends. Really great folks - the people make this event, the cars are just an excuse to get together...

At first rest stop when TX meets the LA crew:

A lot of cars to fill up - we overwhelmed this station:

Jason, nice to meet you and all the others. Sorry we didn't find the opportunity to talk more. A great event indeed!

Cheers,
