Clutch master cylinder identification

Does anyone know the difference between a RHD clutch master cylinder and a LHD?

i have a line on one with an ATE Part number of 03.2149.78003.3 which seems to be the one and only ATE part number but there are several BMW part numbers between right and left hand drive cars.

could i fit the above to my 1973 2002 in rhd?

Thank you. Definitely two different numbers so I shall assume they are configured differently. Too much chance it won't fit, I will order new from a dealer.

The LHD Clutch Master Cyl has both ports in line.

The RHD one has one port facing up, the other down.

I believe the rod end eye fitting is different also.
