Helps clear up your computer and I have been using it for many years. The first time it cleans your system it will take like 20-30 seconds but after the initial cleansing the weekly ones should take no more than 5 and you clean your system whenever you choose.

I've been using it for a while, it organizes everything so much better than other programs. Everything you'd need to delete/whatever(programs, files, temp, hidden files, downloads, etc...) are all clearly visible.
