re:lefty-loosy - for anyone that has drank beer with twist off caps,  that motion is the same as removing a nut on normal threads (right hand).  Just my way of remembering when the nut is a funny angle.

Start normal with the bottle 'up' and work your way to the orientation of the fastener that you have to remove :)

Anyone using a 40cm/16" wheel?

Robert,

Lots of us!

The later factory three-spoke steering wheel (1971-73) and the factory four-spoke square taillight steering wheel (1974-76) are 400mm. The earlier factory three-spoke steering wheel (1968-71) was 423mm. But I believe the even-earlier factory two-spoke wheel (1966-67) was also 400mm. (c.diesel had a marked-up parts manual schematic that displayed it all!)

Best regards,

Steve
