Is the car currently without the trim or is the trim attached; the outside photo or the garage photo?

Also, the engine runs, does it drive?

The garage images represent current state of trim (ie trim is removed). The engine runs and the car drives. FULL FULL disclosure: I have the rear brakes apart as I was in process of replacing when I determined to sell the car. Before that - I drove it up and down the street. Smiling It's not a perfect car, but rather a solid running car.
